Enhance your plan with optional services designed for out-of-town owners who want a higher level of detail, documentation, and hands-on coordination. Add-ons are billed separately. Pricing may vary based on property size, access, distance, and urgency.

  • White-glove on-site access and oversight. We meet a licensed vendors at the property to provide access, communicate details, and confirm the work is completed properly. You receive photo documentation and a completion update so you’re not managing the job from out of town.

  • Priority response when something needs immediate attention. Alarm alerts, neighbor concerns, suspected damage, or urgent owner requests. We assess the situation, document with photos, secure the property if needed, and provide next-step recommendations.

  • Concierge support for short-term or seasonal rentals between guests. We can perform walkthroughs, confirm readiness, document issues or damage, coordinate cleaning and vendors, and help keep the property guest-ready and protected.

  • Custom, on-demand visits for owner requests outside your normal schedule. One-off visits outside your normal schedule for owner-specific needs—delivery checks, seasonal setup/shutdown, access for vendors, neighbor concerns. Includes photos and a concise report.

  • Professionally coordinate a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning before move-in or after move-out. We manage scheduling and access with a vetted cleaning team and provide confirmation and photos once complete.

  • A documented condition inspection before arrival or after departure. We capture photos, note visible concerns, verify basic functionality, and provide a clear summary to support accountability and peace of mind.

  • A more detailed inspection beyond the standard visit—focused on high-risk areas like moisture/leaks, HVAC performance, visible plumbing/electrical concerns, doors/windows, and overall home condition. Ideal for seasonal homes, long vacancies, or before/after extended travel.

  • Claim-ready documentation support with organized photos, written notes, and a clean summary you can share with your carrier and contractors. This helps you submit clear information to your carrier and supports next-step repairs with licensed providers.

  • Discreet coordination for removal of bulk items, debris, or unwanted contents. Includes before/after photos and completion confirmation. We use reliable local providers. We confirm what’s being removed, manage access, and provide before/after photos for your records.

  • Local, professional oversight during renovations — checking progress, documenting milestones with photos, coordinating access, and flagging concerns early so you stay informed without being on-site.
